Brief Description
In 2017, Xplora International began its journey as a language school based in London. Over the years, we have expanded our offering to provide excellent educational services with specially curated virtual and physical courses and events. In 2022, we established Xplora International Ireland to build on the expertise of our Irish partners and tailor programmes focusing on regeneration and alternative education.
In a world quickly bearing the consequences of the environmental crisis, we believe that now more than ever, people need alternative learning methods that encourage problem-solving skills for a regenerative future.
Our Purpose
To provide excellent alternative educational experiences that equip people with valuable multi-skills, knowledge and inspiration to grow their potential and repair our connections to planet earth. We fulfil this through a range of services that aim to provide a break from traditional education. Using human and planet-centred design, our courses, workshops and events encourage students to creatively engage with their personal and professional development. From Python programming to Arabic culture immersions, we draw on the expertise of world-class facilitators who work across a wide range of disciplines and crafts.
Our Guiding Values
1. Regeneration
Sustainability is not enough to ensure human survival on planet earth. We need to repair and restore ecosystems and heal our relationships within living systems. We are dedicated to spreading awareness and giving people the space and tools to work towards regeneration.
2. Cultural Diversity, Harmony & Respect
We focus on working with underrepresented and minority groups and support actions that take an innovative and creative approach to the inclusion of marginalised groups such as immigrants, refugees, women and children.
3. Alternative Education
We leverage the power of creative intergenerational learning that is people-guided and focused. We are building a global network of cultural learning centres that connect and empower students through a multi-disciplinary approach to learning.

Requirements Detail
We appreciate having a clear understanding of your project's basics, our role and responsibilities, to ensure alignment with our expertise. We are happy to provide feedback and help conceptualise the project.
We expect a minimum budget allocation of €10K for KA210 proposals (excluding mobilities) and €35K for KA220. Please discuss with us if you feel the budget should differ.
We also work on the assumption that work distribution and budgets are balanced and fair across the consortium.
Requests for New Partners
As we continue to grow, we ask partners to note the following:
We would prefer not to host TPMs or transnational events in Ireland for the time being. Exceptions can be discussed.
Due to our organisational structure, we prefer to send one staff member to TPMs where possible. Two can be arranged if beneficial for the project.
Our Promise
We understand that putting together the right team makes all the difference to a project’s success. That’s why we make it our top priority to handpick staff members with the necessary skillset from the outset.
Our Commitments
A senior project manager will be your main point of contact throughout the project's lifecycle, overseeing management and reporting while coordinating with our research and dissemination team.
Researchers and trainers are allocated based on the field and nature of each project, ensuring skills and competencies are matched to your needs.
We guarantee efficient communication, responsiveness, and real engagement — meeting all deadlines, with a 48-hour maximum response time.
